After consulting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the makers of Tylenol, McNeil Consumer Healthcare, voluntarily recalled "certain lots" of Children's and Infant's Tylenol liquid products that were manufactured between April and June of last year because one of the inactive ingredients "did not meet internal testing requirements."
