Wow, the world as a whole now shows respect for an American President that seems to be trying his best to help his country. Already he has improved your standing in the global community and yet all you can do is hate...pathetic. Do you hate him as an intellectual or as a black man? This president is an impressive man.
But it's not reassuring that he seems even more impressed with himself than others are with him. At least with previous presidents, hubris followed some prior, ego-inflating triumph.
Obama seems to be exhibiting all the symptoms with none of the initial success that normally induces the disease.-

--Klarissa, to my shock and awe, you claim to be an "educator" but most of your posts suggest that you're far from educated. Why are you convinced that you're actually intelligent or knowledgeable in some remarkable way? Seriously...Your sole basis for claiming Obama is egotistical here is apparently that he uses the word "I" a lot. That's not a testament to sound reasoning and logic, Klarissa. If you'd been listening to ANY credible military mind - INCLUDING THE JOINT CHIEFS - you'd know that a missile strike is a much lesser threat than ground-based terrorist attacks. The only people who were still interested in the static missile defense system were those making money off of it.
Obama's doing something W never did - listen to his military staff without firing anyone who disagreed with him.

Obama's hate for The United States is revealed in his writings. Of course he does not hate the land or the population, but he hates capitalism. He agreed with Mr. X that white people are devils. He hates rich people, or at least those rich people who do not contribute to his campaign.

What Obama hates is the American idea that people should have the freedom to act without the approval of the government. He wants to tame the population and this can only be done by making the government large enough and powerful enough to exercise control by force. He has never once done anything to free individuals from government and has done the reverse at every opportunity. He advocates attacks on the first, second and tenth amendments and supports regulations that reach into the most intimate corners of personal life. He has taken over private companies. His record is clear. His oligarchy is in place to take over and destroy the America he hates.-

Using "I" as leader is not uncommon in politics or business. "We" has been used as well. I also believe documents written many years ago and not kept current are unsuitable at times to follow in todays world. Your constitution appears to be a good map to follow...but is it current.
