Bill Walker with the Alaska Gas Development Authority declares for governor. Walker, a Republican, will challenge Gov. Sean Parnell, Palin's Lt. Gov., for the top Alaska job. Walker will push for an all-Alaska pipeline to get Alaska's gas to market via a pipeline to Valdez and then LNG tanker to market.
