you know what drove them to use don't you? Those cute, cuddly, fuzzy things that looked like powder puffs but multiplied worse than rabbits. That and warp speed. If you had to look out the "windows" every time you entered it, sometimes at crazy angles, after being engaged in battle I'd use too. That and all the cute red shirts going with Capt Kirk, Lt Spock, and sometimes McCoy to check out a planet. Do they return? NO, no, no. Thpbt.
