First things first, F him. He should be eating the same prison food given to Harold and Kumar.

However, aren't yall the same guys who cry about the gitmo conditions? This guy isn't eating Sesame Dusted Chicken with Rosemary Rice Pilaf like the Gitmo detainees are. Seems odd that you guys don't want him to have the same luxuries as foreign terrorists.-

I would suggest that there are few lower forms of vermin than a "domestic" terrorist. Nor would I be surprised to see another such event in the next few years.

Nichols life was spared and all he can do is complain? Good, I am glad he is suffering. You can be assured the families who lost loved ones haven't stopped suffering since that infamous day.
The entire Gitmo thing is a mess. Have we yet finished sorting the genuine terrorists from those the Northern Alliance chose to turn over to us for all sorts of reasons usually involving revenge? Very few of them have been in any kind of court setting and most haven't been found guilty of anything. They are detainees, not federal prisoners. No doubt there are guilty among them but proving that is often next to impossible.
And when the airlines used to serve meals something like the "Sesame Dusted Chicken w/ Rosemary Rice Pilaf" wasn't always exactly gourmet food. A fancy name does not equal fancy food.

IMHO Tim McVeigh got off too easy, I wish he were around today to be making similar complaints. Who knows? After 50 or so years of bologna sandwiches and crushing boredom, he may have learned some regret for his actions. As it was, he died still believing his actions were justified.
