Endo-Stephen Hawkins is not merely changing his job,he is standing down from a position that Issac Newton and Charles Babbage have each held "Lucasian professor of mathematics"to a more "run of the mill" position. Its like changing from being president of the USA,to helping out in the next mans campaign. It's semi retirement by another name.
