I post 'em .... I don't write 'em. You wanna punch, and kick somebody out in KFC, get yourself pinched by the cops, get "cuffed, and stuffed" into a police car, go to the local precinct to the holding cage, get printed, photographed, have it sent to the FBI headquarters in Washington DC,get a DAT ticket, get a lawyer or save some money, and get Legal Aide, whom you're attorney will no doubt tell you to take a guilty plea, and throw yourself at the mercy of the court, & for who knows how long? Month after month?.... that's up to you.

I've been on the other end of the counter as a fast food restraunt store manager. I've had nights where my entire staff were teenagers who almost all called in because of prom, a concert, or what ever countless reasons. I couldnt tell you how many times I wanted to throddle a customers neck, complaining about the time it taking for them to get their food, when they odviously saw the long lines at the door and drive thru before they walked in, saw the lack of people working in the restraunt, and saw the sweat on my brow and clothing as I got them there precious sandwhich and fries. But no, I kept working with a smile, and worked my staff as efficiently as possible with out cracking out a whip and beating on my employees. Trust me, some nights as much as I grinned and beared it all, I would have invited a chance for a customre to attempt to attack me.

Though I will admit I have been to place where all of the employees and managment looked like deers starring at headlights of a truck. A tottal lack of good managment and experience. Thats when I just leave the restraunt and go else where. No reason to cause a scene when most of the workers are either teenagers, young adults, or low achievers that just want to get their days over with and go home.

seems like it wasn't the first time the perpetrator has been in trouble, run a search in the original newspaper and get this from 2008:

Jared L. Garfagna, 30, of 1732 Ocean St., Marshfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250. He was sentenced to six months in jail and the sentence was suspended for one year. Charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct were dismissed. -
