Compared to what? Keith Olbermann goes through more than five during one show.

I suppose since Obama's job approval is in the sewer (but most importantly, we still think he's a swell guy), this is the best alternet could come up with? That's tragic. How embarrassing for the alternuts....strangely embarrassing. -

"And bush's numbers were high at this point because he went on vacation and ignored the warnings of 911. "

Yes, it feels like only yesterday when every media outlet in the free world had big headlines that explained Bush's approval rating as a direct result of vacations and warnings that were not heeded. Can you cite one credible piece of evidence to support your wack-job theory?
Maybe Americans rallied around Bush because they were inspired to do so. I find it amusing that on one hand, you despise those who gave Bush the benefit of a doubt, yet you will then say that Americans, both Repub and Dem rallied around him in a time of crisis. I am beginning to get the feeling that you fancy yourself smarter than the masses. How sad, here you are, so smart, yet no one gives a rat's ass what you have to say.
Wow, I remember most of you stating in November of 08' that because Obie had such high numbers, that it was a mandate for change, and that America wanted obie as the guy. Now that his numbers are down, I don't hear rational talk, like that anymore.

I don't believe in evolution, but if I did. I would say these people never got past the animal stage.-

It would be quite fun to rename them..

Since I've never heard any of them except for one or two youtube clips I wouldn't be able to even differentiate between the diplodocus. the pterodactyl and the tyrannosaurus rex amongst them - though I have a very long familiarity with the bones of these creatures and their reconstructed forms.
I love 'em all - to about the same degree that I find these characters loathesomely distasteful. -

I don't care if you believe in evolution or not, but I would love to hear you looked at the evidence and accepted it as the science that best explains the reality of nature.
I would recommend you read some Stephen Jay Gould. Some of his books are dated, since science changes over the years, but even an early collection of the essays he wrote for "Nature" magazine, like "Ever Since Darwin" can show you the elegance of what scientists who study the data now accept as the truth of the matter. You could also look on the web for sites like http://pandasthumb.org/
Not trying to be rude, here. I know you have deeply held religious beliefs, which I respect. But there really isn't a conflict between religion and evolution.

THe right wing is quickly disintegrating into a gathering place for the loons and wacks. Its interesting the righties commenting here defend the loons and wacks then get indignant that their party is being labelled the home of the loons and wacks. ROFLMAO.
