    Holy cow, chill out and relax!

    All I was doing was pointing out a little historical perspective here. Of course I think it's racist. Don't I have the choice to talk a little history first?

      Have to agree with Buck. Although s/he and I disagree often on politics I don't think I've seen s/he post anything overtly racist or intentionally post anything subtly racist either. It looks to me like s/he was just pointing out that we'd already had African Popes. In fact the likelyhood of an African Pope is higher these days as African Catholics are hard-line conservative Catholics. The real miracle would be a Jesuit Pope.

        thanks Dionys. Once in a while it's ok to agree right?

        I alos agree that the likelihood of an African pope is extremely strong. If you look at the Cardinals right now, many are in line for the pontiff's position. Isn't there an African Cardinal in the US right now?
