I'm not sure what this is supposed to mean but (on the large scale) the situation in the Middle East is pretty straightforward. There are two realistic possibilities: one is to deal with NUCLEAR Iran and the other is not to wait until it will become nuclear.
In the first case, chances are that Israel will not wait for a nuclear Iranian attack but will use force against Iran in case such attack will be seen as imminent. Obviously, Israeli actions will not be limited to destruction of one or two Iranian nuclear facilities because this will only result in a (justified) Iranian counter-attack with unpredictable results. If Israel will use force against Iran it will use it on a large enough scale to assure that no Iranian counter-attack will follow. Considering that Israel does not have strategic bombers, aircraft carriers or millions of troops this can only mean that in case Israel will have to use force against Iran it will turn large parts of that country into a radioactive desert disrupting oil supply to the world and sending the world economy into a crisis one can hardly imagine.
The other possibility is for the US and the rest of the Western civilized world to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons using all necessary measures to do it.
