      I saw the interview. My theory is that Wall St profits (and of course the insurance companies) are being protected at all costs.
      Most everyone is invested in these companies, every 401K, mutual fund, municipality, CD, pension fund, and state owns stock in these companies. There will be no fundamental change. They will have to come up with something that placates the public. But it will be designed to be ineffective.
