True, young people are more likely to bite off more than they can chew, and often act hastily and based on emotions, not reason.

But when you think that after a nominal investment, and waiting a short 4 months, you can begin making $10,000 per week growing marijuana in said house, maybe a lot of these young people who for some reason have the loose cash on hand to please mortgage bankers will do pretty well.

I applaud these young investors lets give them a break for their willingbness to do this instead of killing folk, or burning house down. Maybe when the time comes for real fixing up these homes they will have more appreciation for their parents who have worked sooo darn hard to keep a roof over thier heads hahahaaaa- Congratulations and blessing on all of you. Thats what America is built on taking a chance and make a good thing better.
