No thanks.
Also, the title is pretty terrible: Republican's Vote Lifts a Health Bill, but Hurdles Remain
The Republican's vote was against the health bill, but a Republican voted for the health bill.
I dont' know...just that the grammer alone is pretty terrible and misleading.-

My mistake, I guess it would be proper to say "Republican's Vote", when referring to Sen. Snowe, a single Republican.
The problem I had with the title is that her vote really didn't make a difference. It was 14-9, wasn't it?
So, in essense, the Republicans' Vote Against Health Bill, a Republican's Vote Supports Health Bill, but Hurdles Remain".
Seriously, terrible title... -

Well, I'll try again as my first response is off in la la land somewhere. "Republican's vote lifts a health bill" is singular. If it said "Republican vote lifts", that would be plural. Is your head spinning yet? Mine is.

But if you still insist it's wrong, you'll have to take it up with the NYT writer. That's where it came from.

There you go. If there's an article you want to read, go to google and put in NYT along with a cue word. I used Snowe. Normally, a presenter will add the link that bypasses the sign in, but when it doesn't show up, just use google.

You are obviously ignoring the recent polls about health care. That is why it has not been made law yet. They are trying to get the blue dog democrats who want to be reelected to get on board. They have to choose between voting for this huge tax increase or being reelected.
