South Carolina issues a posthumous pardon to two great-uncles of nationally syndicated radio host Tom Joyner. Thomas Griffin and Meeks Griffin were executed in 1915. But the state now says the men were not the culprits in the 1913 killing of a veteran of the Confederate Army.
