Rasmussen: Obama's Health Care Support Dropping Again »

In the latest Rasmussen poll (10/19), support for the Obama Health Care plan has dropped 4% to 42% of voters, while opposition has stiffened at 54%. More importantly, the "passion index" has swung against the plan - 24% strongly favor it, but 42% strongly oppose it. This poll represents likely voters.

    As Scott Rasmussen, president of Rasmussen Reports, wrote recently in the Wall Street Journal: “The most important fundamental is that 68% of American voters have health insurance coverage they rate good or excellent. … Most of these voters approach the health care reform debate fearing that they have more to lose than to gain.”

      Rasmussen seems to be succeeding in their quest to be the Republicans' favorite pollster. It's more important to them than their credibility, apparently,
