The Chinese have tours as well to buy American homes that have been foreclosed on. They took our jobs now they are taking our homes!

For crying out loud the only way to fix the economy is to stop China from taking every last manufacturing job the USA has!

Non profit corporations should not be allowed to legally enter into mortgage contracts. Assets and cash flow of non profits are not closely monitored by the IRS and can be conduits for money laundering and other illegal activities. A case on point is the Humane Society of the United States (HSUSA). Its activities including illegal campaign contributions, shuffling of unsourced money from non-profit shell corporations to other non-profit shell corporations, avoidance of taxes, disposing assets without a clear ownership trail and should be investigated thoroughly by the Justice Dept (organized crime). The legal guidelines for a non-profit corporation are flimsy and allow far too many of these supposed "philanthropic" organizations to evade IRS and tax code laws. In far too many instances non-profit directors have been involved in fraudulent tax schemes that compete with legal corporations and individuals. Acorn is a prime example of how dollars can be shuffled from one corporate account to another. Enron did it for many years and now the Obama IRS & Justice Dept. are allowing non-profits to gouge American taxpayers even further.
