One of three men convicted of plotting to recruit and train terrorists to kill U.S. soldiers in Iraq was sentenced Wednesday to 20 years in prison.

Lawyers for defendents say they were manipulated by the govermments star witness, who was an unercover FBI.

FBI informants and former Army Specail Forces Soldier recorded the men begaing 2004 while they talked about training in guns, explosives and sniper tactics.
Talking about killing troops isn't protected by free speech.
