Insurance companies rule the world. They have the option to add stipulations at their convenience. The process is if no money being made on a continous basis they drop the customer and or up the rate. Funny how the same ruling that is put into effect normally affects the committee that made the ruling.

I hurt my back in 1981 and I hurt it again in 2006. In 06 my health insurance would not pay because of pre existing condition which was twenty-five years in the past. I asked them; was it their contention that my back never healed. Their answer was yes. I can't wait till medicare kick in so I can be finished with insurance companies.
