Again: The Executive Branch tried to limit a free press. One more time: Government servants, paid by the People, tried to stop the Free Press of the People.

Absolutely stunning.

And get this: Only when ALL of the networks banded together, and said the interview would not place unless all networks were involved, did the White House relent.

Sad.

    This is great even the fringe media won't do everything Obama wants. I wonder does Alinsky's rules cover this kind of thing? If not Barry might have to get another plan.

    This is great news - especially in light of the proposal to make newspapers non-profits and be government supported.

    It just shows that there is hope when the media gets its spine and acts on it.

      Fox is not news. If Fox is allowed in than everyone should be allowed in.
      Besides, Fox is making most of this up to increase ratings.

      Very, very surprising. Perhaps they realized that Obama will not be around forever, and the next Republican might just take this approach with them. Or maybe they just knew what the right thing was to do, and did it. No way to be sure.
