What a weird and almost derogatory question to ask especially if you are a poker player. Putting aside hurt feelings though it’s a valid question. Individuals that are playing poker on a consistent basis can run the risk of hurting their overall general health. Just like any other activity that one participates in there are guidelines that should be taken into consideration. I also might mention that although the title is somewhat of a cliché, each one of these points has some value. Let me explain
