"So why do you beat up on people if you already know? I don't know, because I don't beat up on 'em. I refuse to participate. I don't like it, so I don't do it," Thomas said during an appearance before law students at the University of Alabama.
Well gee, Clarence, if you know where you stand ahead of time, why have oral arguments at all?-

While Thomas is welcome to his particular judicial style, I don't agree that 'beating up' is an appropriate characterization of questions during oral arguments. It's similar to a PhD candidate having to defend their dissertation in front of a committee.

The Left's Justice Thomas bashing jibberish is tired and despicable, and is but a symptom of a pervasive plan of attack on any "person of colour" should they not colour strictly within the proscribed Lefty lines.
