This is pretty horrible... One wonders about the reasons Palestinian leadership in Gaza and the West Bank insist on continuation of suffering of their own population instead of negotiating a mutually acceptable peace agreement with Israel that would, among other things, establish a sovereign Arab Palestinian state in Gaza and the West Bank. This yet non-existing Palestinian state would have no Jewish settlements and even no Jews within its borders and will have full control of all natural resources there including water.

It makes little sense to complain about the results of someone's actions while insisting that these actions should continue.

It isn´t acceptable that Israel needs several times more water than the Palestinians. Watering the fields around noon, filling swimming-pools and using a sprinkler day in and day out, while the immediate neighbors have to buy expensive drinking water, is unfair and injust! In a region which has only very poor water reserves, everybody must help to safe it.
