people DO have the opportunity to opt out of the public option, if the state allows it at all. they can buy health insurance.
harry reid includes the public option because there is a clamor for it by a lot of people...that doesn't necessarily mean that he's going to dictate legislation; he can't do that. only the senate can do that. -

My Fellow Americans: Harry Reid like all the other Radical Liberals has something against Democracy. The American people do not want Universal Health Care, The Public Option, or O as President any longer. However for him and his Comrades they are determined to try and shove it down our throats.
