This could be resolved if kids could play more video games outside.

"The researchers conclude their report by recommending that all children and teens take a Vitamin D supplement on a daily basis to ensure that their bodies have enough Vitamin D to maintain healthy growth."

All this is is a commercial for a supplement company. Get your kids from sitting in front of the TV, put down the video games and take them outside in some sunlight. It's that simple.

Kids need to go outside and soak up some sun instead of sitting indoors playing video games/watching TV!

Must eat right and then not have to worry about the lack of vitamins.

It is actually a problem with adults too. Some problems of aging could be related to vitamin d.
