Florida foreclosure listings are still growing and prices are still falling as unemployment continues to rise. Miami has been suffering the steepest home price declines.

        The double tailwind for sinking Real estate ship in Fla is property taxes and you can't get homeowners insurance unless your house is concrete, on stilts and new.

        On the East coast you have cigarette butts all over the beach and on the Gulf side you have the Red Tide.
