Man working on furnace lights cigarette, levels home »
Posted By BronxBomber 1 month ago in NewsToronto - Three people were badly burned when their west end home was levelled by a gas explosion. The massive fire may have been triggered when a person working on the home’s furnace lit a cigarette, according to initial reports from investigators at the scene. Toronto firefighters were called around 9:50 p.m. to the house at 39 Amesbury Dr., southwest of Keele St. and Lawrence Ave. W., and by the time they arrived on the scene it was fully engulfed in flames.
