Posted By newsguy2005 4 weeks ago in Science & TechnologyA giant asteroid exploded in the atmosphere above Indonesia on October 8 with a blast equivalent to '50,000 tons of TNT', or 3 Hiroshima bombs. Witnesses heard it, but no one saw it and it was too small for telescopes to detect.
