    I'm not really surprised.

It's irritating to realize that there are impediments everywhere to the citizenry being heard. Plus on top of that apparently countries and even US states have vaults and laws which make pursuit perhaps futile.

So much for "The Rule of Law".

The vaults are sealed until after one's death. Up until this, that seemed reasonable.

One excellent result of the down fall of the USSR besides the obvious was the release of all the secret stuff. Hmmmmm.......

This blog is trying hard to spin this story to the right. The whole story is a paragraph long and still lies and conveniently leaves out the fact that a judged ordered a $20,000 fine against this same lawyer for misconduct.

When the judge says the case can set dates for a hearing, it's a sure sign Obama's a foreign-born Muslims. When the judge says there's no standing, it must be some kind of liberal-conspiracy.

Ridiculous. Keep those ridiculous, wasteful lawsuits coming.

As he should have. President Obama was born in Hawaii, which is a state in the United States.

The nuts will still try to prove he is a foreigner......but then 99.9999% of their conspiracies have absolutely no basis in reality (I'll give them the possibility of .0001%).

This is a direct slap in the face of American Law!

Our forefathers founded our foundations on
the findings of forever feeling free to foment
        foolish lawsuits.

Say that fast five times and then go
        do something serious.

the courtroom is not the proper arena?

what are the people supposed to do? should we build a stadium and have gladiators have it out with each other?

we'll call it the 9th branch of government. it can be televised on our new HD tv's.
