I felt like this was a positive speech made by the President. Basically he said over the past 10 months since I have been President I had to give some distressing news. But to today I am here to offer some better news, while not a cause for celebration, but gives me reason to believe we are moving in the right direction. He also said we have a long way to go, he is not sugar coating nothing he saying how it is.
