We have them all over New jersey how they got here I have no idea. drive through lakewood New jersey and their lined all up and down the main drive their during the day waiting for someone to pick them up give them a job for the day, be it painting or mowing a lawn.
Same thing in freehold see hundreds of them standing out on the street in different locations waiting to get picked up to work.
Over the past 15 years they multiplied like 5x in this state guess thats all over, their hard working people.
better to train them to due some type of trade then have them on charity or out stealing to feed them selves with no other way to survive.
