When the hell are the rabid right wing repubs going to get the message that WE THE PEOPLE don't like them and their ideas! They will continue to lose lose lose if they don't wake up and take some moderates into their fold.

Scozzafava, an assemblywoman in the state legislature, remained on the ballot and picked up 6 percent of the vote herself in Tuesday's election.

Gee, that would have been enough to give Hoffman the victory. Oh well, Owens already has to get his re-election campaign running for 2010. Let's see how it goes.-

Excellent point Hhussk, did you also realize that if a bunch more people had voted for McCain, then obama would not be President now...scary eh?

Hhussk -- the 23rd has been solidly Republican for many years - if the people up there didn't think they were being screwed over by the party do you honestly think 6% drained off would make a difference -- stop the spin before you get any dizzier
