And one of the major chains tieing us to the oppressive madness of the time clock is health care.

I would be working hard to make a living self-employed, but my wife is a cancer survivor, and I have a medical history as well, and I know full well that if I stop working for the man, we lose our insurance, and if we get it back, ever, our health conditions will likely be "pre-existing conditions.
So I get up every day, put on a dress shirt and slacks, punch the time clock and take yet another bite of the crap sandwich.
It ain't right.
