My friends, please remember that, while there is reason to be happy with the election results, we can choose to accept these victories with quiet dignity or we can adopt an attitude of "in your face, Obama". I would prefer the former. You have to decide what type of person you are, and make the choice for yourselves. But, no matter which choice you make, I'll still have the utmost respect for you.

I would prefer the former. You have to decide what type of person you are, and make the choice for yourselves. But, no matter which choice you make, I'll still have the utmost respect for you.

Propeller.com is a highly charged, emotional environment. And it's a liberal-leaning nest of anger. I'm not entirely sure there will be many articles or comments today (or congradulatory responses).
Today, I'm more interested in seeing how the liberal members here, and we all know who they are, handle this defeat. How they justify it. How they try to turn it around.
What transpires today will give me insight into the next few months and the election to come in 2010.
So, in respects to your "quiet dignity" in victory, I'm currently thinking you will get your wish - because the opposition may choose to ignore it. However, I am certainly glad you represent a clear-minded friend who prefers to base arguments on actual news instead of emotions.
My hat is off to you.
