My wife died in a hospital, she was seventy three did I do something wrong. She had a heart attack, and required a by pass.Sorry it didn't work for her.I know we are becoming a more callous nation,we find nothing wrong with snuffing out the life of a ninth month baby,( oh I meant fetus)but now we are beginning to doubt the worth of our mothers, fathers, and of course our grand parents.I personally had rather die from a heart attack than go through what my wife endured for fifteen days,or better yet be run by a ten wheeler rock hauler

I'm sorry for your loss, lloyd. However, I think you miss the point of this submission.

Many people who die in hospitals do so because they have no access to affordable health care and receive no treatment until they are admitted to emergency rooms.
Many others with terminal illnesses die in hospitals because their insurance does not provide hospice care--or they have outlived the term of what their insurance company provides.
Providing affordable, preventive healthcare to all Americans benefits us all...rather than just the insurance cartel profiteers. -
