Working as a supervisor in a warehouse with people driving forklifts. I have seen a few accidents.
None as spectacular as this one though.
I watched the longer version after and was heartened to see his co-workers scramble over the debris and start working to dig him out.
We have large rolls of paper in our warehouse. Some weighing up to 8,000 pounds. They are stacked so if one of those fall on ya. Well, get a sponge, there won't be much left. -

After watching the video again, it seems as if he accelerates into the racking.

I wonder if he was upset, or just not paying attention ??
Either way he would not have job after such an escapade as this.
They are very fortunate no one was killed.
Having worked in a bottling plant, I know that pallets of liquids can weigh upwards of 2,500 #s each. That is a force coming down from 12 to fourteen feet.
Very fortunate no one was doing a cycle count or checking inventory in that area at the time.
