I have to agree with yuou that just the opposite of this article is true.

But: I disagree with the Marxist statement.

The F-22 is probably one of the worst Combat planes ever built and certainly the worst for the dollar.

George Bush bankrupted this Nation - He increased the average family's share of the Government liabilities to over a Million Dollars per family. The long term liabilities of the United States increased during his reign more than three times the increases of all the Presidents in the History of the United States - combined. All this crap started well before Obama ever was considered for a presidential candidate ( The first bailouts started in 2007) and the little war in the Middle East cost this country over $3 Trillion dollars and didn't even have to take place.

Now I have called for Obama to be Impeached, but I did that for things he is definitely guilty of and I used the same violation of law that I asked for Bush's Impeachment - signing statements whereby both have claimed to be above the law.

As to which is the worse President, it is Bush hands down. But that doesn't make Obama a good president. And Obama being bad doesn't make Bush a good one.

I also think that Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, and a host of other Neo-Cons and Mercenary Corporations ( Think Blackwater ) should be brought up as War Criminals and tried just like Karadzak is now being tried ( for much lesser crimes I might add ).

So other than those things I agree with you.
