A nice story but I have a real concern about composting, we compost manure on our farm to break it down into a more usable product but in the process of composting it, we end up producing a lot of methane gas. The idea of composting has really caught on as a Green Idea but I think that those who are pushing it should look more closely at what they are doing, to me the right way of breaking down organic matter is to bury it the soil and let the microbes do there damage to it.
