I got my vaccine about a week ago and I'm doing fine. The only thing I didn't like about it was the soreness in my arm from where I got the shot, I felt like I was bruised. It's totally impossible to get the flu from a vaccine, don't let people tell you otherwise (because they will, I've had people claim left and right they've gotten the flu shot and then gotten the flu afterwards.)
