The Obama Administration has reversed its position on recognizing the upcoming (this month) elections in Honduras. Clearly, they are distancing themselves from Zelaya, who previously complained that "Zionists are aiming rays at my head in the Brazilian embassy".

This takes them a gigantic step closer to reaffirming the close governmental ties from the largest democracy in the world to the best democracy in Latin America.
The Obama Administration's foolish knee-jerk reaction to the ouster of Zelaya has put them in league with Castro, Chavez and Putin and it cannot feel good for them.-

Could it be that the real power in Honduras, Chiquita banana and the 10 families that own everything else in Honduras, have gotten to the white house? The U.S. buys 90% of everything exported by Honduras. Maybe we should just not buy bananas for a while.
