What a garbage story that ignores reality.

Their formula is very flawed.

The fact is that states control what is sold in their state. They set up what the insurance companies are REQUIRED to sell. Any insurance company selling insurance in that state falls under that requirements and have to be validated before they sell the first policy.

The state is in control of what rates the insurance companies are allowed to sell the policies for. Therefore the state is in control of the profit.

This is a real hoot. Medicare and Medicaid have more denials of claims than the insurance companies. Aetna approaches Medicare but is way below Medicaid. Where is the liberal rant about how bad the government programs are. The insurance companies are much better about denials but they ignore that. WHY???
Medicare pays somewhat less that the cost for the providers. Medicaid is way less in some states. One state is at 15% of the cost and others are at 25%. That is why people under these programs have problems getting a doctor to take them. But the nice caring libs want to foist this on everybody. That would drive the medical profession into bankruptcy so then all will have the same problem of no doctor to go to.
WHAT A PLAN!!!! KILL HEALTH CARE IN THE US!!!!!
