I can understand the decision of the UN, because the risk has become too high for the members of its staff. Living with the constant fear to be killed is nothing one could stand very long psychologically. It´s time to recognize that the whole mission was somehow a mistake. The more soldiers return home as dead men, the less support will there be among the population. America and its partners will have to find a solution for Afghanistan soon, before the country is totally out of control.
