    I've said this before,under this plan hospitals by necessity will have to create multi bed wards with less staff in order to accommodate the masses.Getting a private,or even a semi private room will be tantamount to watching an NFL game from a sky box.I have been in such a ward,and for the young,as I was no problem,but today for most people like children,and the elderly it is unexceptable.
