dennis and a handful of others voted against the bill for many good reasons.

the best reason i've seen is the absurdity of criminalizing the failure to pay extortion to the insurance companies. the lowest estimates i've seen are around $300 per month per person. someone who doesn't have the money will have to prove that they don't in order to be exempted. this will put big brother into everyone's pocket, which is what pelosi and her ilk want.
someone will take this to court immediately as highway robbery.
