Reminds me of the joke told 'round the nursing desks:

First guy: Did you hear about the dead body they found down by the river and the autopsy revealed it was a nurse?

Second guy: How did the autopsy reveal she was a nurse?

First guy: She had a full-bladder, an empty gut, and her ass
    had been chewed off.

Too many of the new nurses don't like the reality of nursing, we call them the Barbie Squad. They don't like wiping bootie, emptying bedpans, giving baths, and are afraid to give meds or perform any procedures. They have a very low tolerance for crabby, demanding patients which most are when they're sick enough. They do paperwork, which is plentiful, and try to flirt with the doctors. Patient care is a low priority to what is coming out of nursing schools nowdays. There will be a mass exodus of experienced nurses if one of these healthcare boondoggles actually become law.
