How about not shutting down the Air Force for the day? I'm sure at the time we had a few spare soldiers to put on planes to act as air marshals.

    What we only got a 24 hour warning that OBL was going to attack us using planes? I thought he had at least 2 months of warning. BTW we could logistically have over a hundred soldiers at every major airport in America in under 3 hours, today.
