Might want to look again, 39 Dems voted against it

  Thats what I thought too. I can't believe that would make an error like that. Did the 39 Dems actually vote against it, or did they just not vote. I will have to do some more research on that.

    39 did vote against it. Very poor editing and fact checking on the part of this writer and politicsusa.
