  Actually, it's policy for military personnel NOT TO CARRY WEAPONS CONCEALED ON THEIR PERSON IN THE MILITARY RESERVATION.
  
  This is because carrying concealed on *FEDERAL PROPERTY* is against the law. Even military personnel must follow this law.
  
  Exceptions may exist for members of law enforcement; such as the Military Police.
  
  Maybe you need to brush up on the law, especially if you ever wish to carry concealed.

    I don't wish to carry concealed. I don't think anyone should be allowed to conceal a weapon. why would anyone besides a criminal or an undercover cop need to conceal a weapon? something wrong with your hip?
    
    there were MPs around. and when Reagan got shot, the best armed guards in the world were around. same with Kennedy.
