    EXACTLY Engineer...........

***Obama delivered a firm message when he addressed the House Democratic caucus on Saturday night. "Do any of you expect the Republicans not to go after you if you vote against this bill?" Obama asked. Of course not. Republicans will do everything they can to oust conservative Democrats in 2010, just as Democrats defeated moderate Republicans in '06 and '08. Congressional Democrats will rise and fall based on the popularity of their president. -----

While we continue to look for people to put in DC who represent us and not a party, politics continue to rule. It is their own personal 'game' while the United States public suffers. This is not about any 'party', IT IS about who is going to do what is right for the citizenry.

      You are ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY RIGHT.

I am cynical of these politicians who claim to do things for the People when what they really do is only that which will get them votes and money, especially incumbents who have been in the game for too long.

And when I mean "been in the game for too long," in this case I'm not referring to whether or not they're too old, but if they've held that position for so long that it has corrupted their ability to serve and protect the public trust.
