Top executives at Blackwater Worldwide authorized secret payments of about $1 million to Iraqi officials that were intended to silence their criticism and buy their support after a September 2007 episode in which Blackwater security guards fatally shot 17 Iraqi civilians in Baghdad, according to former company officials.

    Bush's friends are as ethical as he was. Halliburton, Blackwater, etc. were the reasons we went to Iraq -- the only reasons

    Murder, child prostitution , bribery, extortion , what more do these christian mental cases have to do before the main stream media makes it a lead story?

      If you want to get even angrier, reflect on the fact that Obama is actually INCREASING the US presence in Iraq through expanded use of private contractors. This is going to get worse, not better.
