Actually Bushies main "contribution" to India was to try to rope them into being another US vassal state. It was quite clear that this involved "corruption payoffs" to certain Indian politicians from the Congress and other parties.

We shouldn't forget that an israel-firster like Avoth pushes this line because the zionists are also trying to "woo" India to fighting Moslems for the zionists benefit. Remember that one of the targets in Mumbai was in fact a zionist Mossad cover operation and that Israel has long been involved in "suppressing" Muslims in Kashmir in "aid" of India.
